Body Kinetics Health Club is a family owned business in operation since 1990. We offer a friendly, warm, environment, and work hard for our members to ensure your health and fitness experience is enjoyable and pleasant while on your journey. We believe in an integrated approach to fitness and well-being. Not only are cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility important to health; equally vital to positive well-being are mindfulness, good nutrition, rest and recovery, and a supportive community. In addition to group cycling, yoga, Pilates, and body-sculpting fitness classes, each gym also hosts small-group and private training workouts. They complement their strength and cardio regimens with other wellness services, such as massage and nutrition consultations.
