Worst eyelash extensions ever! I purchased a groupon to Milvali and went back 2 times for refills, in order to really give them a chance. The lashes began falling out almost immediately although I was SUPER careful and even purchase their special makeup remover and mascara, which was ridiculously expensive. When I said the lashes were falling out really quickly, I was told that I must sleep on my face or something. Not very helpful. I started tying my hair back before I went to bed and even tried a satin pillowcase. They charged an arm and a leg for refills and never once gave me the full amount of time that I paid for. Ok, full disclosure,,, once I got the appointment time mixed up and was 15 minutes late because of it and, even though she knew I was going on vacation the next day and it was super important to me that the lashes look nice, she did not spend one single extra second beyond the 15 remaining minutes of the half hour appointment. I wasn't even given the option to pay for more time! I realize that I was late and that I should have written down the appointment properly but what kind of customer service is that for a place that depends on repeat business??? To top it all off, the lashes fell out almost immediately again. I checked with another girl from my office who went there to see if maybe I was somehow at fault for the premature lash loss but she said she had the exact same experience and was also told that she must be sleeping on her face. She has since gone somewhere else and the lashes are perfect. They do not fall out any faster than would normal human eyelashes and she is super happy. If you are thinking of getting eyelash extensions at Milvali, DON'T! They are over priced even with the groupon, cheat you any way they can, and are rude to boot!
