Sports Massage Marin was founded in 2010 to provide bodywork to athletes, office workers, and the general public. We are about performance enhancement, mobility increase and pain management. A variety of modalities are used to get results, including myofascial release therapy, trigger point, deep tissue and PNF stretches. Injuries can be created by repetitive stress on joints and muscles by carrying kids, gardening or any athletic pursuit.
