She was doing this out of her house, very awkward for us as we waited for our daughter's keratin treatment--she tried to pedal other treatments on me and then charged us extra for a haircut, which my daughter didn't need and from the evidence on the floor, wasn't worth the extra $30. She took a call while we were there to encourage another patron to not buy the groupon so groupon wouldn't get their cut. Talked incessantly and incoherantly. Repeated herself till I had a headache. Wouldn't go to her again.

Over processed and fried my hair. Highlights are blotchy and the haircut is uneven. My hair is severely damaged and continues to break and fall out.

Mina is a nice person and gave me a haircut but was not at a salon and did not have the necessary equipment and products to do a Japanese straightening. It's a chemical treatment requiring a dryer to sit under to activate. She wasn't able to deliver
