I was very disappointed. I have a mid size sedan with leather interior and I bought the the complete interior and exterior detail organic detail package. I picked up the car and none of the upholstery on the ceiling was touched. (There were a few spots I wanted done) the gentleman told me it would be an extra $45! He said the steam cleaner was not recommended for that area. So I guess it was not really a complete interior detail. Also, whatever they did with the steam cleaning in the trunk released old smells from things that had spilled long ago. The car now stinks! Not the deep cleaning they billed. Would not go back.

Did not inform us when car was finished had to look for our car. Interior was still dirty, could have done a way better job. Have gotten better car washes (interior and exterior) for much cheaper. Will not be returning.

disappointed that they charged an additional $10.00 on top of the groupon cost because they said my Mercedes ML350 was medium size and needed charge more. i don’t recall there being a conditional fee imposed as part of the groupon offer

Great service the car looks absolutely brand new but remember it takes about 45 minutes to complete this but it’s well worth the wait I’ve paid double for this service elsewhere and it hasn’t come out as good,,
