The price of the Groupon coupon was #39 but after the man told me about all the things wrong, it cost me $450. So beware of sales come-ons and extras.

The people with whom I spoke were very polite. However, our technician tried to reschedule our cleaning the morning of our cleaning, and then failed to show up at all that day. Additionally, neither the groupon or the website specified a maximum length for the one main vent, but the tech's invoice showed the max length as only being 15 ft. This caused the final cost to be more than double what was expected by reviewing the groupon.

Unprofessional and left a mess in my home.

It was very difficult to set up the appointment. They never returned my calls, and it took several tries to finally get someone on the line. When the technician finally came, it cost an extra $100 for about 25 ft of the main duct. It is overpriced, and they do a very poor job with letting you know what the exact costs are until they are done. Also, they did not take checks, so I had to pay with a card. Not a big deal, except they had issues with their billing (all on their end seeing that there were more than sufficient funds in my account to cover the job), and it took about another two weeks to get the payment resolved. The work itself was ok, but scheduling/billing was beyond poor.
