CatchAir refused to accept our Groupon at the value we paid. The promotional value had already expired, but the amount I had paid for the voucher had not expired. Additionally the customer service at CatchAir was horrible as my wife was harassed by the staff as she sat with my newborn daughter. We expected to use the amount paid for the voucher, but was told that they refused to accept it because it was expired. The voucher clearly states that the amount paid for the voucher NEVER Expires. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Suwanee, GA CatchAir.

Although my Groupon has expired they have worked with me so that I could use its face value- a fact I greatly appreciated. My kids (ages 9 and 3) love going there and I'd purchase their Groupons again if they were available.
