Of course, I assume that all the services they said they provided, they did provide. I wasn't under my car watching them change the oil, I didn't see them rotate my tires. Places like this are notorious for slight of hand, but the employees were very nice, they advised me of additional service I will need in the near future. They did show me my car's dipstick with oil on it, thought I'm not sure that is clear evidence of anything.
