Let me start by saying thank you for purchasing the Groupon, leaving a review, and giving us the opportunity to respond. When we sell Groupons we always let the customer know the details of the deal. We explained to you what was included in the Groupon on the phone and in person before any work was started. You were charged an additional 40.00 for a long dryer vent. The Groupon covers up to 7 feet . You were told this in advance but after arriving at your home you instructed us to clean the dryer vent and then told us you shouldn’t have to pay the additional 40.00. If you didn’t like the Groupon deal, Groupon could have given you a refund. Anyone who’s reading this and considering buying a Groupon please understand that we do really good, honest work and never surprise or deceive customers with additional charges. Thanks for your review. We deep cleaned your vents with our brushes, rods, and vacuum. You were working on your computer during most of the cleaning. You mentioned to us that you thought we missed a few vents in your office so we re-cleaned the vents.
