Installed a totally different remote start then advertised. Below average customer service. As said Python 4105 they installed a Silencer 50SL.

They were not easy to contact (phone goes to fax machine) but when I did get in touch, they scheduled me for a Remote Starter install on the following day. 1.5 hours later, I'm out the door as a happy customer.

Arrived at 9, when they open, and no one was there until after 10. Asked to pay cash for additional $150 for cars with security system. No receipt. No paperwork with starter. Cars interior lights not working when done. Took back, fixed. Trying starter next day, not working consistently. Taking back again.

Had to go back twice unprofessional when you make a appointment means you are scheduled for that time not to wait over 2 hours only to be told to come back
