About Evolution

Evolution MKE is a self-dubbed "Gastro Pong" venue. The pub, an industrial-chic space marked with exposed brick and grainy wood, houses 7 ping pong tables, including 2 semi-private areas, Giant Jenga, Darts, Virtual Golf and Pinball. During the day, we are a great place for the family and after 10pm, we are 21 and older. To keep players quenched, we offer numerous draft and bottle beer options, as well as, a full menu.

Changed name and service became terrible. Also, the menu has changed for ordering while playing ping pong. .. no pizza on the menu anymore. I just don't recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere is not good.

Fun! There are 5 tables to rent along with other games to play. The food was terrible! Chicken fingers were ridiculously dry, cheese curds were so salty we were only able to eat one each, loaded fries were soggy & included toppings which weren’t on the menu (peppers which we don’t like.) We also ordered the truffle oil parmesan popcorn, which was ok until you got past the first layer, then soggy.

It is a lot of fun there, 4 ping pong tables, shuffleboard, foosball and darts.
