when I tried to make an appointment the beginning of august they stated they had no openings for the month of august-none at any time!!! I find it hard to believe. They said we can use the ticket even after the expiration date if we pay the balance-another $50.00 for an hour. it seems to me that they will do anything, come up with a reason to get the full price.

Schedule early when you have a groupon. They don't have same day reservations when it's close to the expiration date

At 1st call for reservation, I was told to call back at end of month because they were booked for the groupon deal. At 2nd call for reservation, I was told end of month was booked so now I had to pay extra for an "off time" ride or forfeit the money I already paid. Disappointing!
