About Ama Massage Therapy

Amanda Ruley was inspired to help heal others through massage therapy by her mother, who struggled every day with multiple sclerosis and found respite in massage and acupuncture. At her business, the mission is simple: to soothe body, mind, and spirit with the therapeutic benefits of physical contact. Each massage is customized to the client’s individual needs, incorporating Swedish and deep-tissue techniques to boost circulation and sports bodywork to improve range of motion in muscles or remove stubborn foam fingers.

Amanda is an excellent therapist who cares for her clients and provides a wonderful massage experience. I felt more mobility, less stress and overall satisfaction with her massage. I would return as needed for future massages.
