Lash service was rushed and more than half fell off within a week. Don't waste your time.

I don't like to give bad reviews but my experience with Defined Hair Solutions was definitely frustrating. Never had such difficulty with a professional. The first appt I scheduled online was scheduled in error due to the wrong link provided by groupon, she did fit me in. When asked how to schedule next appt, I was told to go to salon website and schedule online. Google search brings up old website that still allowed me to schedule, and appt was confirmed. So fair warning. The second appt that I showed for I spend the first 20 mins watching her braid her daughter's hair just to find out she didn't bring the lash glue and scheduled me to come back. The third appt (being complimentary due to her forgetting to bring lash glue) which I tripled checked was made on the right website but was rescheduled multiple times on the salon's behalf. When I showed for the appt, the doors were locked and no one was there. After texting her with no response I waited 20 mins then left. However, Latina did call 40 mins after scheduled appt time to see if I was still coming. When I mentioned I did show at scheduled appt time and she wasn't there; she turned it back on me and said it was scheduled for the time I originally requested (which it wasn't) and as before it was a "misunderstanding." Wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt I did end up going back to get the 3 wk fill done...when I showed there was no apology about the scheduling or for not showing for the appt. The initial set of lashes were nice, the two wk fill lashes had a big clump of glue gluing multiple lashes together. Yes, it caused discomfort hence I realized it was due to a big clump of glue. The third set of lashes had lashed curling down poking my bottom eye lid when eyes are closed. Not to mention, I didn't receive the lash extension care instructions until the third appt which is kind of late, could have used it at the initial appt. But whatever, doesn't matter just waiting for the lashes to fall so I can go somewhere else.

Eyelashes were beautiful but they all fell off in the next two days. Wasted money.
