Alchemy 365 combines yoga, strength, and conditioning into one energetic workout built to inspire our athletes. We’ll challenge your body, renew your mind, and help you walk out feeling more alive. Our energetic coaches will help you learn the moves, meet your goals, and push yourself a little further! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our coaches will get to know your goals and encourage you to pursue your legend in a fun and inspiring environment. Mix and match our variety of classes to customize your workout routine and meet any fitness goal.

Classes:

• First Class: A class for first-timers to learn the basic goals and movements of Alchemy 365. While First Class is not a prerequisite for other classes, it is beneficial for those new to with Alchemy 365’s class formats.
• A10/A20: This class combines power yoga with high intensity movements of the day.
• AStrong: AStrong focuses on lifting and strength training.
• APulse: This 50-minute session mixes isometric holds with high intensity pulses.
• AFlow: This class brings you strength, balance, and isometric holds with a faster flow.
• At Home: If you don't live near an Alchemy 365 studio, their website offers daily videos with instructions for at-home workouts.
