This is a total scam. She redeemed my voucher, canceled my appointment & won't reply to my texts & emails. Trying to get a refund from Groupon but they are giving me a hassle about it. This might stop me from ever using Groupon again!

So I booked my appointment with Cimonealise on 4/15. During the booking she asked for the voucher code, so I provided it. I thought that was strange, but I'm far from a Groupon expert. Within a few minutes she had marked by Groupon as redeemed. That's weird, but I had my appointment scheduled for 4/26. On 4/26 she emailed me that she needed to reschedule due to day care issues. So we rescheduled for 5/9. Well, I arrive at my designated time on 5/9 and she's a no show. I happen to read other recent reviews and it appears she's done this a few times. Also redeeming vouchers before the service is provided. She's obviously a very poor business person or a true scammer. I'm hopeful Groupon helps get my money back. Avoid Gold Therapy Massage!

When booking my appointment my voucher was marked as redeemed. (So she received payment) and then she cancelled my appointment the day of the appointment and I was unable to reschedule without paying upfront?? SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!!

The door was locked. Calls and texts have not been answered. Voucher has been marked as redeemed. No services received!
