Jen did a great job cutting and coloring my hair. She is very friendly to chat with, she listened to what I wanted, while also giving her professional input.

She did a great job on my hair, but i sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist did not notice so i had to ask her how much longer i would be waiting.

Jen was a great stylist. She listened to what I wanted and suggested things she thought would work best with my hair.

Hair cut and color was ok. However, I was charged an additional $20 for long hair color, but after my cut, my hair was shoulder length. I didn't see any obvious mention of that in the Groupon. Also, I asked repeatedly for Jen to remove the dye around my hairline, and when I got home, I found dye all over my face and in my ears.
