I bought the groupon for Juut Salon not realizing it used to be called Mood Swings Salon. I made an appt to get a cut only to have the receptionist call me back 1 1/2 hrs before my appt to inform me they wouldnt honor the Groupon deal because I had been in there last June 2015 to use one when it was named Mood Swings. I said I bought the groupon not knowing the salon name had changed, she proceeded to tell be the salon had changed names1 yr ago. I said that wasnt possible. She sai we wont honor it. You can use the $20 towards a $65 haircut. I declined. I feel its horrible customer service to have handled the situation as such. Im a hairstylist myself and like to try other salons for various reasons. I would never of had treated anyone as such. I guess thats how pricey Scottsdale salons treat others.

used a groupon for them 8 months ago and they wouldn't honor another. Still a good haircut.

Good location , good haircut and great overall experience. I will go back.
