I got a groupon as a gift. I called to book the appointment. She wanted to hold with a credit card. I told her I had a groupon. She said I still had to hold with credit card. I arrived to appointment early. I did the paper work and gave them my groupon. A month later I got my credit card bill with charges from Healthy Touch Massage. I called them as I didn't charge anything to my card. They told me they gave me an upgraded therapist, so they charged me. I told them I never requested and I didn't expect to pay for it. I called back a second time. The manager talked to owner who said I could have a store credit. I explained I wouldn't be coming again. I wanted the upgrade charge to be removed as I never asked for it and neither the person on the phone or person at business asked me if I wanted to work with a therapist who cost more. Manager said one of them was terminated, as if that solved the problem. My problem with being charged extra was not solved, I explained I should not take the hit for their 2 staff members.
