Knockout Bodies is an alternative to the box gyms by offering unique fitness and dance classes for all fitness levels. No two people are alike and our instructors are trained to modify to your skill level and needs.

Knockout Bodies was started as a way to try something new to get fit and create a community of support for your personal journey.

What do you love most about your job?

Our instructors love teaching new students because they are passionate about what they do and how pole fitness has improved their lives.
