Courtney was a great photographer, but I had specific requests that were not able to be accommodated (taking pictures on anything but a white background- I was never notified that this was the default background). Noah followed up with me and was not willing to re-shoot, noting that I was a Groupon customer and "it wasn't worth it." I had to choose the best of pictures I wasn't happy with. He then had the audacity to tell me that my 2-year old was a handful. I was willing to move past all of that and go ahead with my order, but found that part of the Groupon included a web-ready photo, not a high resolution photo. This was my misunderstanding, but it was also never discussed with me by any team member. At that point, I asked for a refund. I would not recommend working with Noah Wolf. Obviously he is not good at dealing with children and Groupon customers are looked at as second class.
From Our Editors
With over 45 years of professional portrait services experience, the energetic staff of 10 at Bright Side Portraits take pride in their in-studio and outdoor shoots. But they really shine during Day in the Life sessions—shoots that combine candid portraiture with photojournalism. Over three to four hours, a shutterbug follows their subject around the city, documenting their activities and warning them of any open manholes. Regardless of the shoot, Bright Side precedes each one with a consultation where the portrait consultant discusses aesthetic, wardrobe, and location with the client to ensure they are getting what they want. Scheduling is available online 24/7.
