Delivers as promised. Food tastes good and most importantly, if you follow the program, you will lose weight. I strictly followed the program and did not cheat and I lost over 40 pounds in 3 months. Like any diet, you have to be disciplined, but their food and plan make it as easy as possible. Highly recommend.

I think the food is decent and good variety. The website is a bit confusing to navigate (i.e. which program might be best for me and advantages of one over the other etc). At "regular" price, its a bit high so not sure if I will do long term.

The food has been exceptional. Very tasty and easy to heat up. Additionally, the butter sauces add another level of taste to the meal. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase these meals. Loving it!

I was concerned the quality of the food may not be as good as published, but it is absolutely delicious. Everything I have eaten so far has been fresh and very tasty. I did not purchase this service for weight loss, but more for convenience. I am a very busy professional who "hates" to cook. This service solves that issue with nutritionally balanced meals that are ready in 1.5 to 2 minutes. It's brilliant.
