Worst Customer service I have ever experienced! The manager charged me 3 times for the groupon deal and would not refund my money back. Also a bunch of hidden fees he didn't state up front. He just continued to deny it so I had to go to corporate to finally get the issue resolved. Stay far away from the Hiawatha Snap Fitness unless you wanna pay 3 times the amount that is stated here.
