Within The Fixx Workout Studio's lime-green walls and atop their bright wood floors, trainers act as guides on continuous journeys toward healthy lifestyles. They do it through classes such as boot camp, yoga, Pilates, and kettlebell. Through motivation and encouragement, the trainers foster a sense of community within the gym, as well as a sense of responsibility to one's self. To keep everyone engaged, classes and routines are constantly changing. One day they may have students strapping on boxing gloves to pummel heavy bags or keep them from scratching bug bites.
