One of the most disappointing dining and drinking experiences I've ever had in the metro! Bartenders were rude, mocked us when we had questions (to other patrons at the bar). They took 10 minutes to deliver each drink (only 3 other tables had patrons) and then when we sent a unfavorable drink back after one sip we were not only CHARGED for it, but told "too bad, we still charge for it even if you don't like it" (then winked at people sitting at the bar) when we questioned the additional $12 on the bill. Bartenders also commented with a snide snicker "yeah, we figured you were GROUPON users!" (When we commented about the bad drink. The food also was average at best. I am utterly appalled at this experience and after 12 years as a district manager in restaurants I understand the "behind the scenes" harald but these two bartenders seemingly went out of their way to make our experience so distasteful and disrespectful.

This is a very nice hotel cocktail lounge--not a restaurant. We enjoyed our visit, but weren't expecting that atmosphere. We would visit with a different frame of mind next time.
