We offer friendly, caring, and professional cleaning services. We have the lowest prices in the area, and we are the only local cleaning company that DOESN'T charge extra for ANY of our services. This includes move-in, move-out, appliances, dishes, laundry, trash removal, closet organization, etc.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We realized that there were so many local hard-working families and small business owners that were looking for inexpensive, reliable, and detailed professional cleaning services. Families are busier today than ever before, and having more free time to spend together is priceless.

What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to transform a business location or home into a beautiful masterpiece. Our clients love coming home to a clean house after a day of hard work, or to a clean office, first thing in the morning. It really improves the quality of their lives, and we are proud to serve our community.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We are constantly receiving referrals from past clients, and that is the biggest compliment we could ever get. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and would never go anywhere else.

My cleaning person was fabulous! I have purchased many Groupons for cleaning and never had to purchase additional hours in order to redeem them. Additionally, I've never had to provide my own supplies and cleaning tools. I was prepared by reading the website (you also have to create a service list). The cancellation and reschedule fees are significant, which made me very nervous as sometimes I get called in to work unexpectedly even though I'm scheduled to work at home. I will definitely NOT purchase Viking Maids Groupons again.

Very disappointed in the service. I was not home while the house cleaner was but my adult son was. She did not vacuum the carpeted areas because she said the vacuum felt too high on the carpet setting. Some items weren’t dusted at all, such as the wood blinds & a dresser top. Others were partially done. Soap residue left on faucets. The bucket of dirty water with the mop in it was left in the hall

The company charges for failed credit card transaction and even after putting in the credit card number there was a no show twice. After series of phone calls I was able to get a cleaner show up. The cleaner did a great job though.
