First time for me at a center dedicated to yoga. Absolute Beginners Class (ABC) in St. Louis Park with Tara Lee. Great intro class for if you have VERY limited experience with yoga or want to take a step back to make sure you have the fundamentals covered. Average 10-12 students, peaceful, calm, relaxed. Have only been to two of the once-weekly sessions but enjoying it and will almost surely continue on with regular beginner's classes afterwards.
