Color Me Mine - Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo

Awful. This business location needs to update their fine print on this groupon deal. We decided to go to Color Me Mine with 2 other families, and they told us we could only use 1 groupon for the entire group, even though we are not the same families. We sat at two different tables to adhere to their specific "store policy", but it didn't really matter. "Owner's Policy" is "Owners Policy". The place was completely empty, BTW. They handled the situation poorly, made us feel unwelcomed, didnt speak to us except to take our money, and one child from another family felt left out, and did not get to paint. In the end, they turned down an opportunity to gain more business $$$. They even had the nerve to tell us to write to groupon, to tell groupon to change the fine print. We told them, that's their business, why should a customer have to do all the work for them? Well, they have no manager and no phone number to call to speak to anyone. If a business is already going to groupon, it's to bring in more business. When it brings people into the door in an already failing plaza, why would you turn customers away? They would have easily made an extra $35 + tip on top of what we were already paying by being there, but their "Owner's Policy" was much more important. Do yourself a favor and go to another location with better customer service, run by a different owner.

These things are now unreasonable when it comes to cost. A one foot cat was $84 to paint and then they want to charge each of us for painting one piece together. Needless to say we sat it out. However, I’m giving it a four star because your team that was working this fine Saturday late afternoon were so kind and pleasant and attentive. My bestie definitely enjoyed their special bday art time. Thanks all!
