What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Urbn Fit offers a fusion of fun total body workout methods incorporated on the Pilates reformer. We're an intimate studio; we only have 5 reformers so you'll be sure to get the attention you need.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer a positive atmosphere to every client at every session. If something is too difficult we offer modifications in order for a client to get stronger before moving to an intermediate exercise so they don't feel frustrated. If they are strong, we challenge your body so that you aren't bored.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing clients progress and become stronger over time; being a part of that progress is amazing!
