Incredible facility with friendly, accommodating staff and fun, motivating coach. Love Coach Sugar. She means business and wants to whip you into shape. Classes run Mon, Wed, Fri, with Mondays being body weight conditioning (think interval training), Wednesdays being bag work (where you bust out the hand wraps and gloves), and Fridays being road work (think sprints and suicide drills).

It's an amazing place coah sugar is amazing she is the 10th world wide on kick boxing and combat fitness ,everyone should try it, plus before the purchase you have like week free trial so come and try nothing is useless

Always a good workout, but not enough bag work. I was expecting more of a "fitness boxing" class but it's more a boxing conditioning class. Still a good workout. Not a fan of teens being allowed in the class. "Women's boxing" should be for women. Love the instructor! Love the location and the class time.

Instructors are excellent and welcoming. The people at the gym are friendly and the locker facilities are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.
