Lessons are taught in a warm pool. washroom is not as clean. Seating and viewing areas are limited. Communication with the office is difficult as messages convey in answering machine and speaking in person is totally different, a lot of back n forth as they don't answer the phone readily and they are not as helpful.

Great program and facilities

They’re not friendly people, nor do they work with you regarding pricing or availability. They’re very cut throat staff and don’t make it a comfortable atmosphere for the children. Their customer service is just as bad and I would not recommend this company to anybody.

This is the best place to have your child learn to swim. They work with your kids on their speed and level and dont over push
