Awful, awful, awful! First, it’s just a bleach pen! I bought a similar one months ago from the Dollar Store! Mind you, this one came with a q-tip filled with a solution to protect your gums. When I broke the top off like you were suppose to, the fluid never dropped to fill the other end, so it was essentially useless. It was like it was solid. And finally, the directions talk about getting trays and filling them with the bleaching gel. Guess what? No trays! No tubes of bleaching gel. Just a paint on gel for your teeth, and a blue light which I already had from the Dollar Store. Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing online. It’s shameful, deceptive and downright criminal. It amounts to stealing my money for a $2 bleach pen. Groupon should be careful. They’re risking their good name selling this kind of garbage. If this was my first Groupon experience, it would definitely have been my last. Fortunately, I’ve had many good experiences, but this was just awful.

Instructions are unclear (they refer to using a tray, which isn’t included in this pkg), it didn’t whiten my teeth, and I recently found out I could buy the same thing direct from China for about $5. But the shipping was fast, so, silver linings?
