If I would give 0, I would. This was by far the worst microdermabrasion experience, and also the worst cosmetic procedure experience ever. When I came, the lady at the reception said that they don't have anybody and should have cancelled my appointment. I offered to reschedule, she then said that she would do it, which was surprising to me because basically she would try to do my treatment while also taking care of reception. The whole thing took less then 10 min, she used extremely cold products, water was dripping everywhere, then she put a mask and disappeared without saying a word. She came back after dealing with people at the reception and put the greasiest cream that you can imagine, I had to take it off immediately and the said it's done. Do yourself a favour and stay away. It's a shame since the place looks beautiful, but what a horrible experience.

Very clean salon. Staff is very friendly and informative. I’ve seen a difference in hair growth after just one session! The discount through Groupon was great, but don’t forget that you must pay an initial consultation fee. But no big deal, I think it’s worth it.

They staff seem like they are trainees. Not customer focused and the service I got was not a service worth the original value or the amount I pAid via groupon.
