Make it clearer right at the beginning that there is absolutely NO flexibility on how you use the 10 classes.

I think we would go back. Our only concern is that it really is a "muscle-head" place and there was not a lot of stretching after the workout (I think we were just supposed to do it ourselves). Also, a friend of mine goes to a CrossFit somewhere around Newmarket and their workout seems more holistic and not so focused on lifting weights. But, I know lots of people love lifting weights, we just got bored of it after 10 weeks. I prefer Bootcamp. But the trainers and owners were great!

If you want a great workout without all the bling, this is the place. The instructors proivde an excellent training sessions.
