My car looked brand new. Staff are efficient and work well together. It was easy to book the appointment. An email reminder was sent as well as confirmation. Everything went well, no complications. I will return to them for my next detailing.

I recently took my car in for a thorough interior detailing, expecting a refreshing transformation for a modest price of $150. Unfortunately, what followed was an experience that turned into a costly nightmare. Most of all, the staff at the detailing shop were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning result was pretty good. When I arrived to pick up the car, the car looked fantastic. But my car failed to crank or start. They spent hours troubleshooting the issue, showing great dedication and concern for my situation. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they could not get the car running again. After wasting a few hours trying to resolve the problem, I had no choice but to call CAA to tow my car to the dealership. It was a long and frustrating day for both me and the staff at the shop, marked by bad luck and unfortunate circumstances. At the dealership, I learned that the battery was completely cooked and needed replacing. Additionally, there was a part that needed to be fixed to send signals for ignition. The total cost of repairs came to a staggering $1,500—far exceeding the original $150 I intended to spend on detailing. While I appreciate the staff's kindness and their attempts to assist, this experience was ultimately disappointing. It highlighted a lack of expertise that resulted in significant costs and wasted time. I would caution others when considering this shop for detailing services, as my disastrous experience turned into a costly lesson in automotive care.
