Initially had difficulty getting a hold of business to set up an appt. Once I was able to speak to owner and scheduled my appts - all went well.

Facial was good, did it for 30 minutes. The guy made us wait way too long though. My appointment was at 11:30am and apparently that’s also when he opens the clinic. He arrived at 12:15pm. And then he told us to come back after an hour because he was taking some other client first. Told me to go have coffee at the nearby Tim Hortons. The guy finally called me inside for my facial at 1:15pm.

Awful service - lady spent a total of 10 mins working on my skin and left me in the room for 15 mins. Then came back put sunscreen on my face and said she was done.... Save your money and go elsewhere, they Do Not provide the service you are paying for. With this groupon. Very disappointed.

I was hesitant to try this place based on previous reviews. But honestly, it’s a nice clean place. The owner went out of his way to answer all the questions I had. I did a lot of research on my own, so I knew what to do going in and all the steps for afterwards. I’m on my second visit, I’m seeing a diff! I had the pleasure of getting a massage also with Sakura (excuse the spelling). She’s the best
