Monique Farris' clients range from expectant mothers to athletes. As a result, she has a stock of massage techniques on hand. These include Thai massage, which is similar to yoga—another one of Monique's offerings. The method uses stretching and gentle pressure to improve flexibility, alleviate tension, and balance the body’s energy systems. She also offers more traditional types of massages. These include Swedish massages, which consist of gentle, gliding strokes and helps people find relief from daily stress, and deep-tissue massages, which tend to chronic aches. In addition, Monique customizes each of her medical massages to alleviate the client's ailment, including sciatica, tennis elbow, and video-game thumb.
