My appointment for the treatment isn't until the middle of January...so if you want to check back then... But, calling almost a year after the purchase, starting my 5 treatments just before the expiration, etc was no problem. They were very accomodating and didn't question anything. I had a treatment from them many years ago which went really well. I'm expecting the same results this time.

I bought a Groupon that was good for five visits. I was not pleased with my first visit, but I will go back at least once in the hopes that the first visit was a fluke, especially since I have already paid for a series of visits. However, if the next visit is as bad as the first one, I may decide to forgo the remaining visits.
