I dont know about the tip but here is what happend. Got to the shop at 8:05 am. The clerk had no idea what is "Groupon"", didn't how to use the coupon and gave me a quote for full price of wheel alignment. At 9:30am asked the clerk on the status of my car and was told won't take long. I happend to step outside nad noticed my car was parked at the same spot where I had left it earlier. When I asked the manager why they haven't started with my car, I was told that there was another car ahead of me and had an appointment. NOTE: When I called for an appointment, I was told they dont take appointments. When I mentioned that he agreed to put my car ahead. Got done with the car at 10:10. Back the clerk, she was struggling to figure out how to use the coupon because Iwas not going to pay for service since I had already paid. She needed

I was very pleased with the service right away, I was helped get my car serviced right away, everyone, helped right up to the gentlemen that did the oil change. I was in and out in no time and they vacuumed the inside for me. Thank you and I’ll be back🤗
