The owner, Greg, is very patient and helpful. He is always available to show you how to do each exercise the correct way and help you find the proper amount of weights to use specifically for you, individually. He and other members are very supportive, kind of cheering you on. I probably would not have tried Crossfit if not for the Groupon and now am so glad that I did. It's hard, but it's very addictive. You do feel like you accomplished a hard workout when you're done.

The class and atmosphere is intimidating. I feel lost in the class and feel like I dont know how to do any of the exercises, however the instructors are helpful and will show you how to do it all. I would love to keep going but again the atmosphere makes me feel out of place and uncomfortable.
