Our practice isn't just for your physical health. We focus our exercises, workshops, and programs to also open your mind and heart for rich experiences of inner healing. You will enjoy deep feelings of power, serenity, joy, and emotional stability that ripples effects into all areas of your life.
Our method is a brain-based approach to comprehensive wellness. Overall health starts with a healthy brain, since it regulates all bodily functions, emotions, and thoughts. We utilize our own 5-step approach to activate the brain through a deep mind-body connection. Your brain is the key!
At Body & Brain we believe that your body holds all answers. We encourage our practitioners to trust their body’s innate wisdom and therefore do not require a high degree of flexibility, balance, or strength to follow our basic exercises. Our classes accommodate people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels to participate comfortably at their own pace.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The founder’s philosophy, “Be beneficial to all living things.” This philosophy always gives us the inspiration to run this business mindfully.
What do you love most about your job? We love an exchange of energy in our job. The instructor and members always circulate and exchange good healing and positive energy together. It empowers us to stay energetic and positive. We love this part the most.

Before coming to Body and Brain Yoga I felt utterly helpless. Every day I woke up with pain, and throughout the day this pain didn't subside. It made e miserable and took a significant toll on my mental health as well. I was constantly stressed and depressed, this coupled with my pain left me in a dark place. After many doctors and MRI's (to no avail) I discovered Body and Brain Yoga.
At first I was extremely skeptical but after just one class I started to feel a bit better. After one week my pain had noticeably decreased and after 2 months I felt like a completely different person. My pain had decreased significantly and I had learned how to control my stress which leads to a much better mental state. 4 months in I am a completely different person. My pain is infrequent and I am a happy person again. I owe it all to Body and Brain Yoga.
