Unfriendly staff and poor quality and lack of choices compare to other Zen buffet. Wouldn’t go back nor recommend.

The place was empty. Food was cold and the staff were unfriendly. Poor experience and we won’t be going back.

The food and service a solid 4 of 5, however men’s restroom needs to be cleaned better it was obvious that was neglected which turned my appetite. Juice is $3 and no refills.

We went 90 minutes before closing. Bad service, everyone was already cleaning to get ready to close. Couldn't get refills on drinks. I wanted roast beef, the slab must have been sitting there all day. The butcher knife they had sitting out couldn't even pierce the skin. No new food was put out the whole time we were there. The miso soup was gone. Overall, a waste of money.
