The hostess was a bit rude to my parents. The restaurant was nearly empty when they arrived at 6:30 and they had reservations and while the waiter tried to bring them to a nice table, the hostess got in between my parents and the waiter and sat them at a very small table for two which is located near the coat check. Literally the worst table in the house. She was quite rude. When my father asked the waiter if they could be reseated he said of course. Unfortunately while my dad got over it quickly, it ruined my mother's whole night. She could not understand why after they had made reservations and there was a plethora of tables, why the hostess would try to move them. She did not even say one word to them just made a hand gesture to the smallest and worst table in the house. That needs to be addressed and fixed because it was not the first time we have had a run in with her. She's a bit rough around the edges and for an expensive and fine dining experience a little more class would be appreciated. Restaurant patrons are clients and clients should have a great experience from the time they walk through the door until the time they leave.
