Awful experience. They turned my hair orange & didn’t have time to fix it so I had to go back. I went back and was there for 3.5 hours trying to take the brass out. At one point they put something in my hair which made my scalp burn so bad that 3 people were trying to wash it out. I asked for money back, they didn’t. Awful. I got it fixed elsewhere. The only before & after pic I have.
