It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone in order to make an appointment. I called multiple times and left several voicemails before I finally heard from someone. Then we played phone tag for a few weeks about appointment times.

Can rarely reach anybody when calling for appointment, took two days to get a return call after leaving two messages. Then, the day before my actual appointment, they called to reschedule. When I eventually went for my rescheduled appointment, the therapist didn't show. Called again, to reschedule. When I eventually got in, there was no apology and I received the worst massage I have received as I have used several Groupons for massage businesses in the past year. So, would I go back? Absolutely NOT!

The massage was just ok. I've had much better. The massage therapist was very friendly. The accomodations were clean. Maybe could have been decorated a bit nicer, but if just starting business, this is understandable. Also, the massage therapist had cigarette breath -- yuck!
