What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The inspiration came from my own experience with hormonal imbalance. I then decided to create an aesthetic wellness medspa to help other people with the same issues.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about this job is how incredible we can make our clients feel.

That we changed their life.

When you drive up, the building looks like it should be condemned. Not a great sign. The receptionist was very nice, but the doctor had the personality of a pencil. She walked in, barked some questions at me and then she told me the machine was broken. The receptionist said she would call me when the machine was fixed. My Groupon has been redeemed already, I doubt I’ll be getting a call back.

This is to update my previous 3 star rating. I have had several laser services done elsewhere. Including hair removal and IPL. I'm still not sure what procedure it was. Face was not washed... given a makeup wipe. No gel was applied as is typically done for IPL and from what I have read is supposed to be done with BBL. I now have small bumps all over my face 3 days after. Go elsewhere.

My eyebrows were microbladed years ago and they turned red. I needed to have the red removed and Victory Wellness & Medspa did a great job!! Highly recommend.

Save your money! First thing the address is wrong on the Groupon. 2nd thing- I was 20 minutes early to my 4pm appointment and wasn’t acknowledged for 30 minutes after I checked in. At 4:10 I was finally given paperwork to fill out and was ignored till 5pm. Turns out the doctor was giving herself micro needling during my scheduled time! This place is a dump. I’ll stick to Dr. Amy Brenner. 🚩🚩
