Phi Vietnamese, Doylestown

Phi Vietnamese is more than just a pho restaurant. It houses the cultural heritage of the owners and husband and wife Nhi and Phi, drawing upon their experiences as children of immigrants. Both Nhi and Phi were surrounded by traditional Vietnamese recipes growing up, with Phi's parents evening opening a restaurant to serve the community. Now, at Phi Vietnamese, they reinterpret those classic dishes from their childhood, with different varietals of aromatic pho, home-style dishes, and noodle dishes, like the sugarcane wrapped shrimp and pork with fine rice vermicelli noodles.
