the staff was very friendly but what I think would work better would be to introduce baked goods and maybe some breakfast items and also focus more on what makes your shop different by making these foods more "Italian" so maybe some cannolis or salty items that you can grab and take with you. It's not enough just to sell those incredibly hard biscottis. Look at La Baguette Bistro (French) but not such a grand scale. Italian sandwiches maybe a couple of different kinds that are premade that you can microwave or toast and the same with muffins or sweet bread.
