Pretty good for an escape room

The facility is in is an old, musty smelling vacant office complex type building, no other businesses in it, hard to tell where the place is even at, sketchy if you're alone. The game itself takes place in one small room the size of a bedroom. The props are dirty, broken down and in sad shape. The lady running the game kept barging in to see if the tv monitor was working. After the 3rd interruption, she asked my son if he knew anything about computers and if he could try to get her system working which he did. He returned 15 mins later after he had fixed her computer issues, but she still came in again to check in something. Very disappointed in the whole experience and felt like it was a waste of money. Not even a thank-you for helping, an apology for all the barging in, a half off next time... nothing. Very disatiafying.

This place was a joke. I called for days trying to figure out how to use the Groupon, left messages for them to call me back nothing…. Ever. Finally after a couple days I got ahold of someone who told me how to use Groupon. No one ever called me back. It says to arrive 15 mins early and we had appointment at 4:45 so we were there at 4:25. No one was their place locked and dark, we waited till 4:45 still nothing. Tried to called many many times nothing. Wandered around to the surrounding stores, finally at 5 got someone who said a bakery next door there was a lady who’s daughter worked at the escape room. We walked down there and sure enough the daughter was there but had no idea we booked a room. She immediately dropped what she was doing and went over and let us in. We had been waiting so long everyone needed the bathroom. She let us in the rest room, was totally filthy, diarrhea all over in and around the toilet. Then we got to the room, Miss Kassie tried her best to be kind and accommodating and this whole thing was not her fault, she actually saved the day as much as it could be anyway. Then we were in the room, and it is is locks and codes that are extremely hard to guess but not in a fun interactive way, just a confusing boring that makes no sense way. Yay we escaped 😏 seriously could have made this up at home and it would have been funner. We were late to next appointment, kids needed to peer soooo bad and were bored and hungry Kassie said she would have the manager call us back back so far have her nothing…. This was the second time for us at Moore escape room last time we keep trying a combo and nothing was working turned out the room was broke and we were trying right code but it just was reset right, ended up very frustrated, we were offered no compensation or apologizes. And stupidly we have it another shot. Don’t waste your money.

The rooms are way too easy. It's definitely not worth the money!
