Everyone there is extremely welcoming and nonjudgmental. It was really comforting to know that I can work on bettering myself while being encouraged and not have to worry what others are thinking. They help you along the way and actually show you how to do the workouts rather than just telling you and will accommodate to any level of fitness you may be at. I LOVE OHB!
